Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the decomposition and deterioration of flon for a heat transfer medium in a system comprising oil and metal at a high temperature, by incorporating a specific phosphite as a stabilizer into flon.
CONSTITUTION: A composition comprising (A) flon and (B) 0.05W5wt% of one or more types of phosphites selected from dimethyl, diethyl, diisopropyl, dilauryl, and diphenyl phosphites.
EFFECT: Corrosion of devices with hydrogen chloride and deterioration of the compressor performance can be prevented.
