Abstract
PURPOSE: To accelerate the processing speed in the selection of incineration object by a mechanism wherein openable and closable guide-rails are established at the cooling chamber and within the disposal chamber, and conveying tracks are transferred being supported by slat conveyor and the guide-rails.
CONSTITUTION: Slat conveyor device A is established reciprocatingly and transferrably being provided with motor m and main chain wheel 2, on one of the two primary guide-rails r1 and r2 which are laid parallelly connecting the bottom part of the incineration furnace a and the cooling chamber b. When the slat conveyor carrying conveying tracks W1 transfers shuttling between the cooling chamber b and the incineration furnace a by the motor m, wheels of the conveying tracks located on the U-form rail also make reciprocating movement between the two points. At the both ends of the two guide-rails r1 and r2, running wheels 8 for opening and closing of the rails are provided respectively and rolls along the separate guide-rails 9, 9 being laid perpendiculary to the guide-rails r1 and r2. Conveying tracks W1 carrying incineration object are transferred to the inside of the furnace a thru the chamber b, and after incineration is completed, they are brought back to the chamber b where they are cooled.
