CONSTITUTION:When record jacket 1 is inserted into the hop-up 82 opening of record player 8, pawl 63 of lock control piece 61 of player 8 meets slanting part 52 of lock pawl 5 of jacket 1 and pawl 5 moves to release the lock between external case 2 forming jacket 1 and record holder 3 causing separation, so that holder 3 will stay in player 8. With the hop-up member closed, support plate 62 stops control piece 61 from turning and pawl 5 is reset. Consequently, the record in holder 3 is loaded on turntable 86. It is unloaded in the same way and this constitution attains easy and definite loading and unloading to improve manipulation, in addition to excellent protection of the record.
