Abstract
PURPOSE:Device for an easy setting and removing of bracket etc. in foam, molding machine in which a permanent magnet is buried at an attachment portion of bracket such as a raw material charging feeder and an ejecting pin etc. and an auxiliary reception plate with a magnetized character is arranged at the back plate. CONSTITUTION:Permanent magnet 12 is buried at the flange 11 for attaching the bracket 10 of the raw material charging feeder 1, auxiliary reception plate 31 made of iron or ferrous metal is bolted or otherwise recured in advance to the portion of the back-plate 3 made of non-ferrous metal such aluminum or aluminum alloy etc. abutting against the permanent magnet 12. When it is desired to attach the raw material charging feeder 1 to a side of the back-plate 3, bracket ends of the feeder 1 are inserted into the hole 3' of the back-plate 3 and the hole 31' of the auxiliary reception plate 31, the end face of the attaching flange 11 and the auxiliary reception plate 31 are merely contacted with each other under a magnetic force. In turn, when it is desired to remove the same from the auxiliary reception plate, a pulling of the feeder by a force more than the magnetic force may cause an instant removal of the same.
