Abstract
PURPOSE: To precisely assemble a rotor, by press-in fitting a cylindrical magnet and a special rotor cunner to a fixed shaft.
CONSTITUTION: The field magnet portions 5, 6 of a laminar stator 1 are worked in cuplike shapes, and a bearing bush 7 in metal is mounted. A fixed shaft 9 is studded into a hole 8 of the bottom of the bearing bush. A rotor is formed in such a manner that a cylinder surface 11 of a cylindrical permanent magnet 10 that an inner circumferential portion of a cylinder frame 12 is made of a magnet in rare-earth metal and is magnetized in the diameter direction is press-in fitted to a rotor cunner 15 in synthetic resin, which is manufactured by integrally molding the cylinder frame 12, a transmission gear 13 and the shaft hole 14, and installed to the rotor cunner. Thus, this device can accurately be incorporated while the permanent magnet can smoothly be inserted because the cylinder surface 11 of the permanent magnet is not opposed to the field magnet force 5, 6 of the stator, and positional relationship between the stator and the rotor can be made appropriate by sucking force between the permanent magnet and the stator.
