Abstract

PURPOSE: The title enamel having improved solvent resistance, comprising fine vacuum-deposition metal foil fragments covered with a heat-cured transparent resin as a glitter pigment.
CONSTITUTION: A nail enamel having a star dust pattern comprising (A) 0.01W 10 wt.% of a pigment obtained by heat-treating a transparent resin covering fine vacuum-deposition metal foil fragments and (B) nitrocellulose base as an essential ingredient. The resin is preferably a polyurethane resin containing a red colorant.
