Abstract

A liquid chamber 16 and an air chamber 15 are defined in the reservoir casing 3 and the bellows 5. The bottom of the bellows 5 is closed with the bottom plate 5b. A rod 4 is erected on the bottom plate 5b so that the liquid level indication part is provided. The transparent observation window 1 is attached to the central part of the cap 2 to observe the liquid level indication part 7 from the outside.
