Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide an high speed current collecting rigid trolley wire having superior corrosion resistance and contact accuracy by forming the contacting surface of a contactor by stainless steel and coating the projection of the wire body with moisture-proof material.
CONSTITUTION: Alluminum trolley wire body 1 consists of a base 2 assembled via rotatable rollers 6, 6 with a support 5 intermittently installed along the track of a vehicle, a projection 3 extended substantially in T shape from the top surface of the base 2, and caulking lugs 4, 4 opposited provided on the upper surface of the base 2 via the projection 3. There are further provided a stainless steel bent coating plate 7 secured to the body 1 as gripped by a pair of caulked lugs 4, 4 and a moisture-proof material 9 interposed between the plate 7 and the projection 3.
