Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of blood coating and protect a sampling person from contamination with a blood sample, by automating the feed and discharge of a slide to and from a centrifugal blood coating unit. CONSTITUTION:Stacked slide glasses are supplied one by one with a slide glass feeder 20. Each slide glass is set on the centrifugal blood coating unit 20. A blood sample is dropped on the slide glass. The slide glass is rotated. A sample slide is thus manufactured. A sample slide housing unit 60 sequentially receives such sample slides from the centrifugal blood coating unit 20 to stack the slides.
