Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a synthetic resin texture with a striped pattern extending straight in the direction of extrusion by compressing a multi-colored melted resin flow into the main stream of thermo-plastic resin melted divided into plural flows. CONSTITUTION:Once after led to a passage 9 in mold 1 through a conduit 3, the main stream F of thermoplastic resin melted with a main extruder 2 is divided into split flows F1, F2 and F3 with buffle plates 10a and 10b arranged in the passage 9 and introduced into a passage 9a. With such an arrangement, a straight striped pattern is formed in such a manner that the ridge of the first coloring stream is cut between two ridges of the second coloring streams from the opposite direction i the cross- section at the right angle to the extrusion.
