Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a synthetic resin sheet mold for slipper or the like which allows the sealing of the opening section with a simple work through heat fusing thereof with an electrode by inserting an inner sole having a conductive material applied to the position of the opening corresponding to the inversion of the synthetic sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A slipper is composed of a bottom sole sheet, an inner sole sheet and an instep sole sheet 3. These sheets are piled together in such a manner that the instep sole sheet 3 overturned is placed on the bottom sole sheet facing upward and the inner sole sheet 3 overturned is placed on the instep sole sheet 3. A cushion sheet material 6 previously fitted with a conductive material 6 including metal sheet and powdered metal applied thereto is inserted as a cushion member into this half-finished product through the opening 4. Then, a cylindrical conductive frame is placed at the overlapped end section of the bottom sole sheet 1 and a vinyl sheet 7 and is energized by pushing thereof between upper and lower plates to fuse the two sheets together.
