CONSTITUTION: String-like members 2 made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene terephthalate and polypropylene have, for example, an everage diameter of 1W50mm and three-dimensional curls. The members 2 are put in assembly blocks 3 in an entangled state. Wave breaking dike units 5 thus produced are moored at a predetermined place by mooring means 6 and 7.
