Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of the encrypt key by coding both the significant data and the insignificant data under discontinuation of transmission together and furthermore giving the pseudo signal to the insignificant data before coding. CONSTITUTION:The starting (terminating) code is detected through detection circuit 12 for the contents set to buffer 8. The insignificant data is converted into the pseudo signal through pseudo signal generation part 13 with elimination of the starting/terminating codes and then applied to output selection gate 9 to be gated as if it were combined with the significant dand then transmission. At the reception side, the code is decoded with the given key and then set to buffer 17, and the significant data is separated from the insignificant data through message detection circuit 20. The insignificant are all 1, which is unnatural and thus can be looked throug. In this connection, the insifnificant data are converted under the fixed rule and then transmitted. These converted signals are converted into all one pattern via circuit 21.
