Abstract

PURPOSE: To absorb differential between systems in a device which has not less than three systems of hydraulic servo actuaters arranged in parallel between servo pump and load.
CONSTITUTION: A multiple hydraulic actuator has not less than three systems of hydraulic servo actuators f1Wf3 each consists of a servo valve b, actuator c to drive load, a displacement transducer d and a differential pressure transducer e, and free ends of output piston g1Wg3 on each actuator c are combined in one. At that time, connection point A is constructed in such a way as, for instance, one (2) of actuator's output piston (1, 3) are freely inserted in a connecting ring 4 and elastically coupled with it by nut 5a, 5c via compression spring 8a, 8c, respectively.
