Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent contact fault due to loosing, etc. of cap and power leakage due to the invasion of water and also to make assembly performance better by molding integrally the skin of high-tension code and the cap of distributor. CONSTITUTION:The high-tension code 1 is inserted into the fixed terminal 3 of the distributor cap 2 for fixation and then the skin 4 of the code and the cap 2 are integrally molded with the same material in such a way that the skin 4 covers continuously the cap 2. Preferably, they are molded with an insulating plastic, etc., to form continuously the cap 2 and the skin 4 after the high-tension code 1 is inserted into the fixed terminal 3. Thus, the badness of insertion of the high-tension code 1 into the distributor cap fixed terminal 3 can be eliminated and expected purpose can be attained.
