Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid the loss of the line state changing information to the pointer setting of the system switching time due to occurrence of the fault by performing renewal of the last-look memory after the reading via the queue register in the detecting system for the state change of the subscriber line for the exchange. CONSTITUTION:Present-look memory 300 memorizes periodically the scanning results of the subscriber line state, and last-look memory 310 memorizes the subscriber line state which was scanned precedingly. In addition to these memories, queue register 350 is installed to memorize in sequence the comparison results between memory 300 and 310. In the exchange of such constitution, the output of subscriber line change detection circuit 330 is applied to ACTM renewal circuit 390, and furthermore the output of pointer initial setting circuit 380 is applied to circuit 390. And no renewal is given to the contents of memory 310 until the memory information of register 350 is read out. Thus, the loss of the subscriber line state change information can be avoided for the queue pointer switch setting.
