Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the wave-type winding occurring at the circumference of the diaphragm by forming the flange by bending the outer circumference of the diaphragm and then forming the circular projected streak to the flange. CONSTITUTION:The outer circumference of cone-type diaphragm 1 is bent to form flat flange part 2, and circular projected streak 3 is formed at part 2 with the cross- section featuring a triangle, circular arc or the like. Thus streak 3 functions as the reinforcement rib even after a high-temperature treatment, and as a result part 2 can hold the flat state. Accordingly, the wave-type winding malformation is never caused at the outer circumference of the diaphragm, increasing the productivity.
