PURPOSE: To maintain instantaneous power consumption at a fixed level, by actuating drive-start circuits provided respectively for a plurality of plungers at different times so as to avoid overlapping.
CONSTITUTION: Operator's command is simultaneously impressed on pulse generator circuit D, plunger drive circuit C, which obtains holding and pulling force for plunger H, and gate circuit E, to which the output of circuit D is input. Current (b) is supplied from plunger drive circuit B', which obtains initial pulling force, and current (c) is supplied from circuit C. Consequently, current (d) flows in plunger H. On the other hand, current (e), which is delayed by time T from operator's command, is produced from circuit E. This signal drives drive circuits G and F, and currents (f) and (g) are output from circuits G and F. Current (i) flows in plunger I. Consequently, the current of the power source does not overlap with the initial drive times of plungers I and H.
