Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate occurrence of the resonance and the distortion as well as to secure a high resistance to the mechanical shock in comparison with the diaphragm made of the metal by forming the diaphragm with the conductor composed of the metal foil and the syntetic resin thin film to support the conductor. CONSTITUTION:Diaphragm 1 is formed by bending band-type synthetic resin thin film 2 nearly vertically to the length direction of film 2 and zigzag, and parallel conductors 3a-3c are provided on the surface of diaphragm 1 and in the length direction. At the same time, frame 5 supporting diaphragm 1 supports the both ends of diaphragm 1 so that the diaphragm may have vibrations within notch 6, and conductors 7 and 8 are provided on the surface of frame 5 in order to form a coil in cooperation with conductors 3a-3c. In such constitution, diaphragm 1 has vibrations within the magnetic field gap with reception of the sound pressure, and thus conductors 3a-3c cut the magnetic flux. As a result, the electromotive force is produced between terminals 9 and 10 via the electromagnetic inductive function.
