Abstract
A method of determining the content of ascorbic acid in liquids comprises adding the enzyme ascorbate oxidase to the liquid where content is to be measured, measuring the oxygen content of the liquid after a predetermined reaction time and comparing the measured oxygen content with the oxygen content prior to adding the enzyme.
