The partially vulcanized rubber is desired to have a partial vulcanization degree of 5W90, pref. 30W50% represented by a gelling ratio. When the compression recovery coefficient is below 10%, the spacer tends to undergo compressive deformation, and a coefficient of above 80% results in difficult spacer laying and glass assembling work.
