Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure a high stability for the erase head by adhering the heat conductive metal plate close to the magnetic core with exposure of part of the metal plate into the outside and thus discharging the heat generated at the core. CONSTITUTION:Metal plate 3 is adhered close to magnetic core 1 and part of plate 3 is exposed outside. Bracket 7 which is attached to tape guide 6 and the tape recorder main body is formed by the metal into a body and then fixed to the exposed part of plate 3 with a screw with nearly entire part ot the bracket adhered over the exposed part. As a result, a highly effective radiation of heat is ensured even with the magnetic tape featuring Hc of 1000 Oe or more.
