Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to indicate the tendency and prediction of weather by detecting the inversion between the rise and fall and vice versa of an atmospheric pressure within a preset range through a detecting blade made coactive with the hand of a barometer within a preset range.
CONSTITUTION: A detecting blade 4 formed with a control aperture 5, through which a stopper 6 extends is made coactive for rotations with the hand 1 of an aneroid barometer through the transmission of friction. The blade 4 thus rotating is detected by light emitting and receiving elements which are mounted in interrupters 11 and 12. If the atomspheric pressure rises and falls within a preset range, signals for indicating the changes of the weather are generated through a flashing circuit from terminals D and G. Through a logic circuit 13, moreover, the signals for indicating the inversion either of the tendency toward bad weather when the atmospheric pressure falls or of the tendency toward good weather when the pressure rises so that the tendency and prediction of the weather can be indicated.
