PURPOSE:To eliminate the fluctuation of the oscillation frequency when packaging the unit as well as to increase rigidity of fixing the holder component by avoiding exposure of the electric terminal outside the hermetic container and at the same time fixing the holder component to the hermetic glass. CONSTITUTION:Holder components 14 and 14A of crystal bar 1 contain upright holding spring parts 15 and 15A plus wire bonding parts 16 and 16A extending horizontally. The holder components are fixed onto the upper surface of hermetic glass 8 and being buried into the lower surfaces of parts 16 and 16A. At the same time, IC13 is bonded on metal base 7 to be wire-bonded with terminal pins 9 and 10 and others.
