Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it easy to adjust a space between a pull rotor and an attracting element by screwing the male-screw portion of the outside end of the rotor shaft into an cylinder with flange, screwing an outer lock nut into the externally protruded male-screw portion of the cylinder with flange, thereby fixing the cylinder with flange and the rotor shaft.
CONSTITUTION: An outside end 4' of a rotor shaft 4 is coupled into an cylinder with flange 14 at the inside end of which a flange c is provided. A female-screw portion d and a male-screw portion e are provided on the inner surface and outer surface of the outside end of the cylinder with flange, respectively. A male-screw portion f of the outside end 4' is screwed into the female-screw portion d. The inner- end surface of an inner ring of a ball bearing 13 is contacted with the flange c at the outside of the cylinder, thereby the bearing 13 is installed. A detent washer 15 and a lock nut 16 are attached to the externally protruded male screw e. The protruded portion of the peryphery of the washer 15 is bent to the dent of the peryphery of the nut 16, and the cylinder 14 and the bearing 13 are fixed. In this constitution, the size of the space δ can be determined by the number of turning of the female screw of the cylinder 14, thereby the assembly work can be accomplished very efficiently.
