Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a power circuit which allows a positive or negative output voltage to fall or annihilate following up a decrease or even annihilation in the other voltage, by using a field effect transistor or an element with the identical function or the both combined.
CONSTITUTION: When diodes X1, X2, and X3 and resistances R12 and R13 are added to amplifier circuit IC1 and IC2, normal control allows X1 and X3 to be ON and X2 to be OFF, so that Zener diode ZD1 will stabilize a negative voltage while equalizing a positive voltage to the negative voltage. The positive voltage falls or annihilates following up a decrease or annihilation in the negative voltage. However, once the positive voltage falls or annihilates, the negative voltages voltages falls or annihilates following up the positive voltage through the switching of diodes. Further, the positive voltage may be stabilized at the time of normal operation so as to allow the negative voltage to follow up.
