Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform smoothly and surely the movement between an insertion taking-out position and a playable position by linking a cassette holder, which holds a cassette, with the link part of an ascending and descending material and holding the cassette holder in a horizontal state in the ascending and descending process. CONSTITUTION:Both sides of cassette arm 44 are bent downward to provide holes 48 and 49, and these holes are fitted to the support axis, which is provided in the side wall of a chassis, so that cassette arm 44 can slide vertically. Support axes 52 and 53 are planted on the other end of arm 44 and are fitted to holes 54 and 55 provided at the approximate center of cassette holder 41, thereby holding the cassette holder. Then, by linkage between a pair of protrusions 42 and 43 and roller 40 of arm 38 which causes holder 41 to ascend and descend, a link mechanism is formed as the whole including cassette arm 44, thus performing control to hold holder 41 horizontally approximately.
