Abstract

PURPOSE: To exactly solder an article to be soldered by passing the article through a solder tank and heating the solder applied to the article immediately after soldering the article.
CONSTITUTION: When an article 6 to be soldered is passed over the solder in a solder tank 5 in a manner injected from a solder nozzle 2 by a solder drive pump 1, an infrared ray lamp 3 having a reflecting plate 4 is turned ON. The article 6 is thus irradiated by infrared rays at the portion where solder tends to be separated to thereby post-heat the soldered portion of the article immediately after soldering the article to prevent the soldered portion from lowering at its temperature. Thus, the article 6 is retained at its temperature for predetermined time when the solder tends to separate from the article 6 to thereby cut the solder in the state that the solder has optimum viscosity. Accordingly, it does not produce solder bridge nor burr at the soldered article preferably soldered.
