Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a tridimensional adhesive article through bending work, by providing an adhesive layer on the surface of an unrigid thermosetting resin sheet to prepare a thermosetting adhesive sheet and making the thermosetting adhesive article from a piece of the adhesive sheet. CONSTITUTION:An unrigid thermosetting resin sheet 2 is prepared as a base material. An adhesive layer 3, which is solid at room temperature, is provided on one or both sides of the sheet 2 to produce a thermosetting adhesive sheet. To prepare the material of the adhesive layer 3, a hardener, a filler, etc. are added to thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin. The adhesive sheet is cut off into a prescribed size to provide a sheet piece 1. After notches 4 and nickes 5 are made in the sheet piece, it is bent so that the piece has a tridimensional shape corresponding to the form of a coil end 9. Since the adhesive layer 3 is rigid at room temperature, a desired shape can be obtained by bending work.
