In adjusting circuits 2 and 3, the levels of sound outputs are adjusted through the operations of resistances (a), (c) and (d) and capacitors (b) and (e). Then, the treble component signal and bass component signal adjusted separately are made into an electric sound signal with excellent frequency characteristics, which is outputted.
