Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the highly durable, low-noise rotary type fluid machine, by turning two pairs of sector-shaped rotary pistons in a hollow cylinder having a precisely circular inner space by use of two planetary gears and other means associated therewith, while repeating access and retreat of said two pairs of rotary pistons in the cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: When rotation of a drive shaft 12 is started, two planetary gears 17X, 17Y having a gear ratio of 2:1 to a large gear 9 and disposed with a phase difference of about 180 degrees are turned around the large gear 9 on the outside thereof by the aid of control rods 15X, 15Y. While the gears 17X, 17Y cause one turn around the large gear 9, two paris of sector-shaped rotary pistons X, X' and Y, Y' placed in freely rotatable manner in the hollow cylinder are turned while repeating access and retreat two times, by the aid of crank shafts 18X, 18Y, connecting rods 19X, 19Y, guide rods 8X, 8Y and inner and outer turning shafts 3X, 3Y.
