Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent heat rediation from inside of a reactor tube as well as to prevent flowing of outside air into the reactor tube when a board is drown out, by installing a cap that is able to slide on the body of the board.
CONSTITUTION: A board drowing-out bar consists of a body 1 being used as an axle, and a cap 2 that slides a required zone on the body 1 and that plugs the end of the reactor tube when the drowing-out bar is inserted in the reactor tube 4. When the tip of the bar is to be inserted in the reactor tube 4, the cap is shifted to the frontmost position of the body 1, thus plugging the reactor tube 4 from the beginning of the operation. As a result, only the body is inserted to a required position in the reactor tube, and a period of time for the end of the reactor taube being open is considerably reduced than ever. Consequently, heat radiation from inside of the reactor tube as well as flowing of outside air into the reactor tube when the board is drown out, is effectively prevented.
