Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare a decorative board with multicolored three dimensional patterns by subjecting a surface of a plate like substrate material to the relief printing of a multicolored pattern ink containing noncompatible paints dispersed therein by a screen printing plate.
CONSTITUTION: To a surface of a plate like substrate material such as a hard board or calcium silicate board applied by undercoating treatment preliminarily if necessary, the relief printing of a multicolored pattern ink obtained by dispersing an aqueous paint such as acryl resin or vinyl acetate resin and an oily paint such as alkyd type resin or vinyl type resin mutually is applied by using a screen printing plate having appropriate patterns. This printed decorative board has simply formed multicolored patterns and three dimensional feeling.
