Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a precise product of an impeller by conducting the supersonic bonding with holding members securely enclosing and supporting two or more circular members of impeller material, thereby preventing a core of a cylindrical impeller from offsetting and tilting. CONSTITUTION:Each impeller material 1 is made up by circularly and vertically shaping many blades 3 on one side of a circular member 2 and circularly forming many connection grooves on the other side of it. When a few impellers 1 above mentioned are brazed, at least two or more circular members 2 connected by plugging edges of blades 3 into connection grooves 4 are applied with vibro-energy from both sides of circular members 2 by a supersonic vibrator 7, with circular members 2 enclosed and supported by holding members. Because the brazing of impeller materials 1 is conducted under the state where holding members 6 encloses and supports two or more circular members 2, a product of an impeller can be prevented from offsetting and tilting, and precisely turned out.
