Abstract

PURPOSE:To form the captioned firm capsule without using a noxious auxiliary agent for dissolution by a method wherein a specified polyisocyanate compound is dissolved in the oil liquid together with an electron-donating color former, dispersed and emulsified in water, thereby a polymer film being produced. CONSTITUTION:A colorless electron-donating color former such as crystal violet lactone and a polyisocyanate compound (ex: hexamethylene-diisocyanate) expressed in the formula (n is a positive integer) are first dissolved in the high-boiling oil liquid such as 1-phenyl-toxylilethane. Then the solution thus produced is dispersed and emulsified in the aqueous solution for emulsification wherein gelatine and others are dissolved and, after that, is reacted with an activated hydrogen-containing compound such as hexamethylenediamine, thereby a polymer film being produced at the interface between water and oil phases and thus the aimed capsule being obtained. EFFECT:The capsule is excellent in the fineness and water- and heat-resisting properties of its film. USE:It is used for no-carbon transfer paper.
