And, the inside of the liquid tank 3 is provided with the mesh kiln 5 connected with the chute 4 and a mesh conveyer 6 to carry out foreign matters to its outlet continuously, together with the stirrer 8 by which the liquid and oily sludge in the tank 3 are stirred for the homogenization of liquid and the prevention of sludge sedimentation. And, the liquid thus uniformly stirred is transferred to the next process by means of a pump 9.
