Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily prepare a converting element of a stationary type pipe mixer by a method wherein pores are formed to a thin plate in a phase shifted manner and, by laminating said thin plate, a position of a flow passage with a definite length is continuously changed. CONSTITUTION:To a center of a thin plate body to which pores can be formed by pressing or etching, semi-circular pores 4a, 4b as a flow passage are provided in a phase shifted manner respectively through a solid line like portition wall constituting element A. Moreover, in order to determine the position, small circular pore is provided. Subsequently, a dividing plate like element 3 continuously changing the phase of this flow passage and the partition wall is layered within the pipe to continuously change a position of a flow passage 7a, 7b with a definite length.
