Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a large-scale, finely adjustable title device which comprises an intermittently rotatable turn-table and a plurality of buckets placed thereupon, wherein processes such as addition of water, a coagulant, etc. are carried out during the rotation of the turn-table. CONSTITUTION:A turn-table 1 rotatably supported with a fixed axis is driven intermittently with a Geneva driver. A plurality of buckets 11 are mounted to the table 1 with hinges, etc., whereby the bucket 11 can be upset outwardly. At the first station 11a, measured amounts of water and soybean milk are poured into a bucket through pipes 18 and 23. The mixture is added with a coagulating agent and stirred at the second station 11b. The bucket is transferred successively to the re-crushing stage (the third station 11c), the aging stage (the 4th-6th stations 11d-f), and the pressing and dehydrating stage (the 7th station 11g). Finally, the bucket is turned upside down with an air cylinder 75 at the final stage 11h to transfer the content into a box.
