PURPOSE:To obtain a dry type photochemical sensitive composition superior in coloring sensitivity to ultraviolet rays and noncoloring sensitivity to visible light, by mixing the following specified substances: photooxidant, dye leuco compound, photoreductant, hydrogen donor, cobalt complex, dye sensitizer, etc. CONSTITUTION:(a) Photooxidant for producing an oxidizing substance on irradiation of ultraviolet rays, such as hexaarylbiimidazole, 0.5-4mol; (b) dye leuco compound for coloring by substance (a), such as aminotriarylmethane, 0.5-2mol: (c) photoreductant for producing a reductant on irradiation of visible light, such as anthraquinone, 0.1-100mol; (d) hydrogen donor, such as polyethyleneglycol about 0.5mol or more; (e) cobalt complex, such as hexaammine cobalt (III) acetate, 0.5-20mol; and (f) spectral dye sensitizer, such as stilbene, 10<-4>-10<-7> mole are mixed.
