Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a compact and simple apparatus capable of tuning by means of an elastic clutch plate, switching means, etc., by employing an arrangement in which two rotatable members interconnected to an input shaft and an output shaft are assembled coaxially with each other.
CONSTITUTION: A set of push buttons 5 are arranged at the front of bed 10. Separately of the tuning system in use of the push buttons 5, there is provided another tuning system having an independent input shaft of manually turned tuning shaft 13. That is, a pinion is fixed to the top of the tuning shaft 13 and the pinion is held in mesh with one rotatable member of a clutch gear 7. Further, the pinion 19 fixed to a main shaft 9, arranged coaxially with clutch gear 7 to serve as output shaft, is held in mesh with a rack 15 formed at one side of a core slide 2. With such an arrangement, when the shaft 13 is turned, the core slide 2 is moved finely to the right or left, so that fine tuning can be attained.
