Abstract
PURPOSE:To miniaturize a voltage doubler rectifier by using LC compound parts for which a pair of electrode sheets with a dielectric sheet given between them are wound on a core. CONSTITUTION:A pair of electrode sheets 5, 6 and a dielectric sheet 7 and an insulating sheet 8 are put one over another and wound on a leg 10 of a core 9, and terminals 11, 12 are drawn out of one starting end and the other closing end of the electrode sheets 5, 6. LC compound parts 4 thus constituted are integrated in a circuit consisting of a power terminal 1, an output terminal 2 and a rectifier element 4, and the terminal 11 is connected to the output terminal 2 and the terminal 12 to the power terminal 1. Such constitution may allow an inductance component of the compound parts 4 to limit a leading phase of an output current and also bring a current limiting action to prevent breakdown of a load. Then, where the inductance component is necessary for output circuit, this may be omitted or minimizer for capacity, thus miniaturizing an overall device.
