Abstract
PURPOSE: Rare element minerals soaked out of mineral ores are added to food, thus keeping the food high fresh for long periods of time.
CONSTITUTION: Rare element ores are immersed in water and the rate element compounds are eluted into water. The resulting solution is added to food of liquid or solid but liquefying at high temperatures, e.g., food material mainly containing egg, mixed. They are heated, cooled, and compressed to form solidified food.
