Abstract

PURPOSE: Spawns of fish are bound with a konjak powder and formed, thus producing a new type of food.
CONSTITUTION: The gel from a konjak powder is laid between spawns of fish or the spawns and the surface of food as sea tangle and a small a mount of lime is added thereto to bind them. When sea tangle is used, the sea tangle bearing spawns can be produced artificially. The sea tangle and the spawns do not separate from each other even when they are immersed in water.
