Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to efrect a correct work by a method wherein a time necessary for predetermined stopping or a changeover of a reel is enabled to be operated beforehand from a variation coefficient of an average delivery length in a given short section and a delivery length per one revolution.
CONSTITUTION: In case a wire 2 is supplied from a supplying reel 1, outputs from a revolving times measuring meter 4 indicating cumulative number of revolutions of the reel 1 and a length measuring meter 3 measuring a delivery length of the wire are input into a simple computor 5 at first and an average delivery length per one revolution in a comparatively small given revolution times section is obtained here from a delivery length thereof. Revolution times when a predetermined length of the wire necessary for an operation until a predetermined stopping or changeover of the reel is remained on the reel are introduced from these average delivery lengths and the variation coefficient and thereby the reel is controlled.
