Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to deal with various winding specifications flexibly by a method wherein a winding mechanism and a wound object driving mechanism are driven by separate driving sources respectively to control the driving of the wound object in accordance with a winding operation upon eacn one winding of the winding mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: A microcomputor 30 is provided as a control device while a control motor 31 and a pulse motor 32 are employed as exclusive driving sources for a flier 1 and a turn table 2 respectively. The microcomputor 30 has a control program 34 having functions to read contents of winding data 35 to output commands to respective motors 31, 32 in accordance with the contents thereof or to read a signal from a proximity switch 33 detecting one revolution of the flier 1. When the content of the winding data with respect to a core 4 is read by the control program 34, the microcomputor 30 outputs control signals to a control motor driving amplifier 37 and a pulse motor driving amplifier 41 through an interface 36 to control respective motors 31, 32.
