Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable a printing of any selected picture image by a method wherein a picture image read by a TV camera is printed out on the primary recording carrier by an ink containing thermal transferring substance and then the printed out picture image is thermally transferred upon the cloth.
CONSTITUTION: The picture image signal produced from the TV camera 1 is made to be a sample by a clock signal produced from a clock source 22, converted to a digital signal through an A/D convertor 21 and fed to the first terminal of a comparator 25. The clock signal produced from the source of clock 22 is already fed to a ROM24 via an address counter 23. The comparator 25 compares the signal which is fed from the ROM24 to the second terminal with the signal at the first terminal to produce a binary signal. The binary signal is fed to a printer 4 via a frame memory 3 and then the primary recorded picture image is produced on the recording paper by the ink containing thermal transferring substance.
