Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit evey smooth and swift manual operation for expansion by constructing the closing device such that materials having different elastic properties are alternately arranged and that inflation in two stages can be obtained with respect to squeezing action exerted to its opposite ends.
CONSTITUTION: Inner and outer cylinders 6 and 8 are fitted one in the other, and a threaded rod 4 of an expansion closing device 3 is screwed in a tip portion of the inner cylinder 6. The device is expansion to close the water path. The device 3 includes opposite end members 13 and 11 and an intermediate perforated sponge member 15 and sponge members 16 each intervening between each end member and the intermediate sponge member 15. The end members 13 and 11 are supported. A metal member 10 enages a nut 9 urging the end member 11, and it flares from its end in engagement with the nut 11.
