Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent disturbing objects from being undesirably brightly exposed by detecting the disturbing object of a close distance and controlling the attenuating filter of the front face of the light emitting device by detected output.
CONSTITUTION: The time constant of a monostable circuit 15 is beforehand selected so as to correspond to the distance between a disturbing object and subject like the waveforms (d) and (e) prior to photographing. When a shutter button 4 is depressed, a switch 8 closes to let ultrasonic wave pulses be radiated, thence only the reflected wave 14 by the disturbing object passes an AND gate 16 and the reflected light 13 of the subject does not pass the gate 13. Hence, the attenuating filter 3 is switched to an attenuation state by the reflected wave 14. After this, a shutter 6 actuates and light is projected form a light emitting device 1, whereby photographing is accomplished.
