Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable positioning stop control with high accuracy quickly, by providing a root circuit with a stop command unit, supplying the output of a memory section as the top command signal in root conversion and performing the stop operation with almost linear speed reducing pattern.
CONSTITUTION: A speed command unit 20 outputs a speed command signal, and a stop command unit 22 provides the memory section which can set the stop distance in response to speed. This unit 22 is provided with a root circuit 42, and the output of the memory section consisting of integration amplifiers is fed to a change-over section 24 as a stop commond signal in root conversion. Thus, the stop operation is made with almost linear reducing speed pattern, allowing to perform positioning stop control quickly with high accuracy.
