Abstract
PURPOSE: To rotate the turbine by utilizing buoyancy and water pressure and blowing up water in a cylinder, together with air, into an eddy current.
CONSTITUTION: At the start, when compressor 4 is turned and compressed air is ejected from bottom plate 5 into main cylinder 2, the resultant eddy current turns the turbine, and water is discharged into outer cylinder 1. This operation is repeated. Since the eddy current moving upward in main cylinder 2, added with the buoyant force of bubbles and the water pressure in outer cylinder 1, moves the water in the cylinder, it is possible to obtain a considerably large power from turbine 8.
